1968 Chevrolet Caprice 2 door Coupe 33,000 mile original paint car (Fathom Blue). Paint is worn on upper surfaces wiith minor rust on lower quarters and lower fender but original paint has no secrets. The L35 325 horsepower 396-4 barrel engine is backed by a 400 automatic transmission and 12 bolt rear, along wih power steering and brakes. This car drives great. The interior features the rarely seen Blue buckets and console, factory am-fm radio plus eight track tape player, straight dash pad and no-crack Deluxe steering wheel. Outstanding chrome and stainless includes optional bumper guards and rare hideaway headlight option which works as it should. How many have you ever seen? This is also a fender skirt car. They have been removed to show off the three-year-old 60 series Radial TA tires on 15x7 Chevy Rallys. The original wheel covers and skirts are included along with the build sheet. The floors, trunk, and frame appear solid. The car has been serviced and the vinyl top and carpet replaced. The Caprice, as Chevrolet's flagship, is much nicer than the common Impala and is nigh impossible to find with these options and it's even rarer to find one that hasn's been messed with.
