Features Judy Garland and Mickey Rooney from the 1939 MGM film "Babes in Arms". Lovely artwork by artist Lawrence W. Whittaker. This plate is in new condition with original packaging. It measures 9 1/4" in diameter and stands 1" tall. Package includes certificate of authenticity, original insert and original box.
