5.7L Complete Engine Package FUEL INJECTION (INBOARD or V-DRIVE Replacement)
This complete 5.7L INBOARD MPI engine package is designed to replace most INBOARD 5.0L (305ci) and 5.7L (350ci) marine engine INBOARD applications (direct drive, down angle, and V-Drive).
This engine package and all of the components are brand new.
If you have an existing Crusader, PCM, Indmar, MerCruiser, or any other inboard or V-drive set-up with transmission and with an existing  5.0L or 5.7L inboard engine, then this 5.7L MPI engine will work in your existing boat. Use your existing Borg Warner, ZF Hurth, Velvet Drive, etc transmission or we can supply you with a new transmission. This 5.7L MPI engine includes a 5th generation ECM (
MEFI 5
computer)  which provides 15%-30% better gas mileage, built-in engine rev limiter, and added horsepower/torque over the 5.7L carbureted version. This 5.7L MPI engine is rated at 325hp and is set up for an inboard application (top mount starter, inboard bell housing, inboard flywheel, damper plate, and remote oil filter). This complete 5.7L engine is run, properly timed, and tested before shipment. This engine package includes:

Throttle bracket, throttle clip, and quick-connect ball joint
70 amp alternator, bracket, and tensioner (U.S.C.G. approved)
High torque top or bottom mount starter (U.S.C.G. approved)
MPI Engine wire harness with universal 10-pin plug
Water/fuel separator
Crank driven seawater pump
Thermostat housing w/thermostat

Fuel Injected MPI Engines
1/2" inside diameter type A1 USCG approved fuel line required.
3/8" inside diameter type A1 USCG approved fuel return line required. Fuel return must be unrestricted and enter the top of the fuel tank.
If the boat is powered by twin engines, a separate fuel supply, and fuel return line for each engine are required.
