Description

Ultra high performance 588 cu. in. BBC .  Marine motor . Gen6 block, scat 4340 crankshaft, k-1 rods ,race tech pistons , custom ground mechanical roller billet comp cam, crower severe duty roller lifters, Merlin grumpy Jenkins cyl. Heads, inconel ex valves, severe duty intakes, psi polished valve springs, Manley  retainers , comp cams severe duty stainless roller rockers , arp studs, dart intake manifold, Imco race valve covers .  This motor is a fresh build dyno time only. Makes over 700 hp and 780 ft lbs torque. This motor has been engineered to be somewhat calm at lower rpm  for low speed opperation in boats and will do so . At the time of sale we will re dyno the motor with what ever carb and ign. That will be used for proper tuning . Note I do have all the parts to make a twin to this for a two motor boat.
