    Vortec 7.4L (454 ci) marine engine (one-piece rear main seal, oval port heads, with roller cam & roller lifters).
    Generation 6
    - one-year unlimited hours warranty. This motor has been professionally remanufactured to meet or exceed GM OEM marine engine stock specifications. A 7.4L (454 ci) Vortec is rated at 310-340 hp at the crank (depending on intake, carb or EFI, exhaust manifolds, etc). This 7.4L engine will work in pre-1996 7.4L (454ci) applications with little modifications; and also with
    MPI
    or carbureted
    applications. Electric choke carburetor is highly recommended.
