This 48-page cookbook was published in
1927
and is referenced in the letter. The booklet measures about 6¾” x 4½” and includes several color illustrations accompanying the recipes.
The Health Value of Knox Sparkling Gelatine
This 24-page booklet was published in
1926
and measures about 5½” x 4⅛” and also includes several recipes.

As shown in the photos, the booklets and letter are in
excellent
condition for their age with very little cover wear. The booklets are complete and remain securely stapled from their covers to their centerfolds. They have nice clean pages with no writing, creases, rips, or tears. There is a little foxing or spotting near the end of the Dainty Desserts cookbook. These rare antique Knox Gelatine recipe booklets would make a great addition to your collection!
