The MS40 is the ultimate all-in-one time saver. The MS40 silently counts coins and bills whether they are loose, rolled, bagged or bundled and it can even count non-cash items. The MS40 can count the contents of a cash register in less than 2 minutes.
With its easy to use interface and excellent LCD display, the MS40 offers uncomplicated & efficient operation. Furthermore, all count data can be saved to the internal memory or be exported to a PC.

: Simply place your cash register coin cup straight on the scale.

: USD, EUR, GBP (English only) and CHF (other currencies on request).
Save & view count summaries in the memory
: Save up to 100 count summaries. Each summary shows an overview of the total quantities & values counted per denomination. It displays the subtotals for bills, coins, bill bundles, coin rolls/bags and finally the total value counted for the entire count.
Reference numbers & date-time stamps
: Tag count summaries with cash registers or cashiers for improved accountability and audit trails.
Automatic or manual switch to next denomination.
Integrated MicroSD Card update port.
Export counting reports to a PC via the MicroSD port:
Unlike a USB connection, MicroSD cards have the added benefit of not requiring a computer on site. A MicroSD card is not included but are inexpensive to purchase (contact us for details).
Currency updating
: The user can update the MS40 software in order to count newly issued bills, coins & other currencies. Updates are free of charge and instructions are downloadable on our website.
