Payment Policy
Payment must be received within 5 days of close of auction.
We accept all forms of credit card as well as Paypal.
Sometimes we request proof of identity in order to protect both ourselves and our customers from identity theft. Please be prepared to provide a form of ID such as a license in order for us to verify that you are the card holder.
Shipping Policy
Free Shipping within the Continental USA / Lower 48 States
Caliber Equipment is happy to offer free shipping within the continental USA to the lower 48 states. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address which is capable of safely receiving the delivery as packaged.
Parts Shipping
Parts will ship for free via economy at the lowest rate. Expedited shipping upgrades are available based on delivery address. Please contact us at 888-550-0945 for a quote.
Equipment Shipping
Equipment is shipped on a pallet via a freight carrier. Your shipping address must have a forklift and loading dock to receive the equipment. It must be a commercial address.
Lift gate trucks are available at an additional charge of but arrangement s must be made ahead of the shipment.
Residential Equipment Deliveries
Residential delivery is available for an additional charge of . Residential deliveries are also subject to the additional lift gate truck charge. All residential deliveries must be arranged ahead of time as not all freight trucks can access residential streets.
Terminal pickup can also be arranged to avoid these fees, you would be responsible for retrieving your equipment from the terminal.
International Shipping / Hawaii & Alaska
Caliber Equipment's Free Shipping does not include Hawaii, Alaska, and countries outside of the USA. We are happy to help arrange shipment to these locations via a broker who can forward the freight onto your destination. When applicable, shipping to the lower 48 stateside broker would be covered by our free shipping policy. Shipment from the broker to the final destination is the customer's responsibility.

New Parts
Warranties for brand new parts are determined by the manufacturer. If a part arrives defective please reach out to us immediately. If a part fails after installation let us know so we can contact our vendor for applicable warranty information.
Overstock/Shelf Wear Parts
Generally, these parts are sold without a warranty period. If a part arrived defective please reach out to us immediately.

Demonstration level equipment oftentimes has remaining factory warranty. We will list the remaining warranty for each machine in the listing details when this information is known.
Refurbished Equipment
All refurbished equipment shipped within the continental USA includes

. This will cover the machine in the case that we miss something during the refurbishment process, and gives you the peace of mind that if something goes wrong with your machine we will make it right.
Equipment shipped outside of the continental USA only include a 60 day parts warranty.
Parts are subject to international shipping fees.
Caliber Equipment's 60 Days Parts & Labor Guarantee
Unless otherwise stated all of our reconditioned units are covered by a 60 Day Parts, 60 Days Labor Warranty. The 60 Days Labor Warranty only applies to customers within the lower 48 states of the United States.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Equipment
If your equipment arrives and is non-functioning we must be notified with 48 hours of receipt. At our discretion we will either dispatch a technician or arrange for return shipment of the equipment.
60 Days Parts & Labor Guarantee Details
It will be assumed that covered machines have not been subject to neglect or abuse. In the case of neglect or abuse, warranties become void and the customer will be charged for applicable parts and labor.
We reserve the right to request parts back in order to cover the warranty claim. The customer is required to safely hold onto these parts in the case of a return. If we request a part back and the customer has disposed of it, the warranty claim will be denied and the customer will be charged the cost of the new replacement part.
Refurbished Machine Terms
All refurbished machines are rebuilt to order. We rebuilt our units individually per customer. Your machine will be rebuilt to original manufacturer's specifications. A machine is considered sold once a full payment is processed, or a negotiated deposit is made. All refurbished machine sales are final. Unless otherwise noted it is assumed that all machines will ship AS-IS. No Warranty is expressed or implied as to fitness for a particular purpose unless otherwise stated in writing. Lead times are not guaranteed but are estimates based on typical manufacturer lead times and estimated shipping times.
Lead Time
Please allow 4-6 weeks for the completion of your refurbished machine. Lead times are subject to change and are non-binding and not guaranteed. If you are working within a specific timeline please contact us to arrange alternative solutions or to arrange an interim rental while your machine is being prepared.
Machine Hours
We will provide machine hours when available. These hours are not guaranteed and are subject to change.
Limitation of Liability
Caliber Equipment, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits) arising out of or relating to this agreement or the transactions it contemplates (whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other form of action) and irrespective of whether it has been advised of the possibility of any such damage. In no event will Caliber Equipment, Inc. s liability exceed the price the Buyer paid for the specific Goods giving rise to the claim or cause of action.
DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
CALIBER EQUIPMENT, INC. HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflicts of interest principles. Any action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in State Court in Hanover County, Virginia. All parties submit to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objections to venue if legal action is brought in said courts. All parties hereby expressly waive the right to trial by jury with respect to any action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
Returns
All items are sold AS-IS as described without warranty unless otherwise stated.
Waiver of Return Policy
If we by our sole determination waive in whole or part our policies, there will be a 25% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping. All Sales Are Final. If we have shipped the wrong item or there was shipping damage, please message us. Thank you.
Deposits
Due to the uniqueness of our equipment and limited inventories, all deposits to hold/secure equipment are non-refundable.
Photos
When possible we provide actual pictures of the machine available. Oftentimes we will also provide official manufacturer's photos to highlight features and details. Sometimes we use comparable machine pictures to represent equipment, particularly in the case of our refurbished machines as these are restored to order. If you have questions about the pictures shown please reach out to us for clarification.
