I was on the original list to receive this and as 1 of the first 250 pre-orders, Heidi Van Horn autographed the inside on her page (Page 8), along with an insert postcard. I cannot find any other copies and I have looked out of curiosity. She is still doing rockabilly, hot rod, rat rod, pinup modeling. This copy has some wear only from sliding it in and out from a storage box where it has been kept since I received it in the mail!
