Tomcat Ride-On Floor Burnisher w/ Charger - No Batteries

This machine was removed from a working environment.
The unit comes with the battery charger.
The terminal cables & the various nuts and bolts that were attached to the batteries are included.
(Please refer to Photos)
There is residual corrosion inside of this unit, especially around the battery terminals, that we were unable to fully clean out/remove.
One of the screws in the handlebar adjustment lock will not tighten, and the wheel doesn't lock into place.
It does not effect the turning of the machine.
The metal plate & the adjustment knob hang a little bit out of the bar. (See Photos)
There is some slight rusting/wear on the paint on all of the sides of this unit.
No additional cables or accessories are included with this listing.
The unit is used and has some scuffs and scrapes from normal wear.
Only what is pictured is included in this listing.
