It also reads Knox Dainties on the back cover. This is a 55 page recipe book measuring about 6⅜” x 4¼”. It contains over 100 recipes with many illustrated in color. As shown in the photos, the booklet is in great condition for its age with a little cover wear. The booklet is complete and remains securely stapled from its cover to its centerfold. It has nice clean pages with a few small corner creases, and no writing, rips or tears. This vintage Knox Gelatine recipe book would make a great addition to your collection!
