    It is “
    A Modern Guide to Gelatine Cookery
    ” with many recipes and illustrations. This is a 16 page recipe booklet measuring about 6” x 9”. As shown in the photos, the booklet is in good condition for its age with some cover wear, including a torn corner on back and a few small wax (?) spots. The booklet is complete and remains securely stapled from its cover to its centerfold. It has nice clean pages with a few creases, and no writing, rips or tears. This vintage Knox Gelatine recipe booklet would make a great addition to your collection!
