Vintage Colt 2 Cavity Bullet Mold 44 Caliber (44H).
Per the internet, this mold is civil war era. But I was not there, so I shall not claim it is so. But it is old
On the top of the sprue cutter, device is stamped "Colt's Patent"
On the side of the device is stamped "44H"

Note: The last couple of photos show the broken screw head, for the sprue cutter
