Condition: The hamper is rusted on the lip around the bottom front and sides. There are all-over spots/specks of rust. There are all-over small dents/dings. There is some faded or missing paint on the trash can art, mostly the top 3 gray flowers. The bumper on the hamper lid is broken and has chipped the paint where it rubs on the hamper. There is tape (looks like medical tape) along the top edge of the back of the hamper.

I think the bottoms are wooden, maybe like a pressboard wood.
There are cutout (pierced) decorations around the top of the trash can and the top and bottom of the hamper.
