    Description

    This has a spot on the frame that is rounded and darker. It looks like it was sanded and painted. Thats how i received it,  Otherwise looks good.
    I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE USPS SHIPPING PRICES. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE.         SOLD AS-IS.... I'm not new to Ebay. I do not offer RETURNS OR REFUNDS, OR PARTIAL REFUNDS if you just don't like what you bought...
